Fully Functional Fitness
Right Fit’s CORE program educates each client on the fundamentals of movement, proper technique, core recruitment, and breathing. This is done for all major resistance exercises in preparation for more advanced and intense overload progressions. F3 also utilizes a wide variety of conditioning modalities: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cross-Training, Compound Sets, and Endurance Intervals, to maximize body composition results. Each workout features a dynamic warmup and prepares the body for free weight stabilization, and resistance training on the turf and in the power racks. Education and safety are emphasized in all F3 training sessions. The program ends with cardiovascular intervals to complement major lifts and improve aerobic capacities.
