Right Fit’s beginner level exercise program designed to improve posture, mobility, balance and daily functional performance. Sensible Fitness is a gradual progression of cardio, strength, and mobility activities that lay the foundation for advancement to other training modes. Each training session focuses on learning and improving upon the Right Fit 11© exercises, which serve as the building blocks to understanding proper postures and core stability required for all exercise.
