Right Fit’s entry level adult group program for all exercise backgrounds and abilities. C4 focuses on a dynamic warm-up, emphasizing mobility and stability work, as well as core activation and stabilization. Participants will then move into a multi-station circuit program, featuring new resistance movements and cardio intervals every training session. C4 will feature a variety of training modalities, to ensure a safe and efficient total body workout. The class is linked to MYZONE Live Streaming Heart Rate training technology, to ensure proper work to rest ratios and maximal caloric burn.
