Right Fit’s small group advanced strength and conditioning program. Program includes class times that are kept to (6), (4) annual lifting cycles, (12) major lift variations each cycle, % based progressions, and daily timed conditioning drills to track performance gains, strength gains, and power output.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE FOR ATHLETES
Athlete Speed, Core, and Conditioning program – this is Right Fit’s baseline sports performance program that teaches mechanics, improves coordination, recruits power for acceleration, builds strength to enhance agility and performance, and builds core strength to help reduce injury and improve stamina. Major lifts and movements are taught and instructed daily.
