Burn, Burn, Burn – Right Fit’s Interval Conditioning Program destroys fat, builds lean muscle, and improves aerobic and anaerobic capacities – this program teaches proper movement, uses free weight core work, turf drills, heart rate training technology, and weekly performance challenges to help you reach your daily burn that lasts all day!

ADVANCED LEVEL

ADVANCED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Right Fit’s small group advanced strength and conditioning program.  Program includes class times that are kept to (6), (4) annual lifting cycles, (12) major lift variations each cycle, % based progressions, and daily timed conditioning drills to track performance gains, strength gains, and power output.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE FOR ATHLETES

Athlete Speed, Core, and Conditioning program – this is Right Fit’s baseline sports performance program that teaches mechanics, improves coordination, recruits power for acceleration, builds strength to enhance agility and performance, and builds core strength to help reduce injury and improve stamina.  Major lifts and movements are taught and instructed daily.

Program includes 1-hour of gym and fitness training at Right Fit, and then concludes with 45-minutes of swim and exercise at the pool

Fundamentals to improve posture, gait, balance and functional performance

Designed for individuals (65+) – but appropriate for anyone with movement restrictions or challenges
