The Level II program is Right Fit’s most advanced strength and conditioning program, focused on maximizing individual power, strength, and endurance gains, using maximal, and submaximal (75% – 93%) loads. Participants must display an advanced knowledge and work capacity before entering into this program.
SSP Level II is Right Fit’s most advanced performance enhancement training program for adults and high level competitive athletes. SSP features four seasonal training cycles, utilizing weekly undulating periodization to ensure that each participant receives the appropriate resistance training overloads, basic strength work, and low intensity recovery days. Program is individualized, using one rep, three rep, or ten rep performance numbers to prescribe daily training work, and ensure progressions. Every workout ends with high intensity time and rep based conditioning drills to measure work and endurance capacities amongst peers and fellow athletes. Participants are encouraged to schedule at least one personal training session per season for mechanics, strength, and goals overview with a Right Fit trainer specialist.
