Right Fit is a premier training facility, built on the foundation of its full-time, college educated, certified, and experienced training specialists. Each Right Fit location is staffed by a full-time strength and conditioning team, committed strictly to the training, care, and results of every client. All clients start their Right Fit journey with a FREE 60-minute training session, to review health history, training background, body analytics, proficiency in functional movement, training modality education, macronutrition, and training goals. Using this data, Right Fit specialists are able to prescribe an individualized and safe personal or group training offering to meet each client’s needs and goals. Right Fit prides itself on serving all individuals willing to commit to their fitness and wellness, and join a team of accomplished specialists, who have made it their lives’ work, to bring each “Right Fitter” the best in strength and conditioning.

RIGHT FITTER COMMITMENT
EDUCATION – I pledge to listen and learn. Training isn’t about the best workout, or a calorie counting game, but understanding the sequential pairing of movements/exercises, how to train different energy systems, and how muscles contract and work together.
INTENSITY/VOLUME – I pledge to train, and work outside my comfort zone, and trust my Right Fit Specialists to track and prescribe appropriate progressions and overloads to ensure results.
STRENGTH – I pledge to embrace strength training, and understand that Right Fit views a strong body and mind as the key to lifelong fitness, wellness, and safety – “Don’t run to train, train to run”

Individualize – Using data from assessments we prescribe individualized programs and goals so each client is challenged appropriately and achieves maximum progress.

Strengthen – Rather than focusing on cardio-driven workouts, we strengthen foundational muscles to forge functional strength, burn the maximum number of calories during and up to 48 hours after each workout, and train at a higher level.

Coach – Our trainers are with you throughout each workout to coach proper technique for each movement ensuring clients are able to move as efficiently as possible and prevent injuries.
